Description: Montage, the single solution to engage, interview, and hire better candidates faster, is seeking a Senior Recruiter / TA Manager.
 
The Senior Recruiter / TA Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the talent acquisition function for the organization, delivering the talent necessary for the company to meet current and forecasted business objectives.  As such, this position is responsible for full cycle recruiting of most positions across the organization, while acting as a strategic advisor and business partner to hiring leaders. This role will also be responsible for working on projects related to onboarding, training & development and other HR related objectives.

• Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field?
• Do you have a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, of which at least 3 years is as an in-house corporate recruiter?
• Do you have a proven ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent? Having comfort with social networking tools; demonstrated knowledge of attracting and engaging talent through innovative sourcing and prescreening activities, creative resume mining, and excellent networking skills?
• Do you have experience recruiting top sales talent and software developers (preferred)?
• Do you have previous experience managing and recruiting within Affirmative Action guidelines (strongly preferred)?
• Are you an excellent communicator (verbal and written), organized, and have the ability to work independently?
• Can you demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to be strategic?
• Are you able to coach others on behavior-based interviewing skills, facilitate recruitment strategy meetings and interview debrief sessions?
• Can you exhibit a high degree of professionalism and integrity?
• Do you possess accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results?
• Can you demonstrate sound independent judgment and a strong business acumen?
• Are you able to shift priorities and organize multiple tasks simultaneously?
• Are you proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)?
