| Description: | The HR Generalist will work with the HR Manager supporting a unionized manufacturing setting and will be responsible for a broad spectrum of duties in direct support of employees in a 24/7 work environment. The HR Generalist will assist the HR Manager in all aspects of employee relations, recruiting and training.
REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
-
Bachelor's Degree or Certification in HR Management preferred
-
3-5 years of previous experience in HR, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment
-
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite software
-
Experience with ADP Vantage HCM and Kronos, a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES

Must follow Expera's manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as appliable to the position's area of responsibility.

Sponsor and promote a safe work environment

Recruiting and hiring of hourly workforce based on approved positions

Prepare new hire orientation materials in cooperation with Training and Development Coord.

Manage the new hire probationary process

Process and manage FMLA for all employees

Maintain personnel information in HR/payroll system, ADP Vantage HCM

Point of contact for benefit program
