The HR Manager, is primarily responsible for developing, implementing and managing human resources policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employee relations and performance management that align with company goals. Additionally, the HR Manager promotes equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws. Combines HR mastery and Industry knowledge to appropriately evaluate and resolve highly complex HR issues within a fast paced and changing business environment.
