Description: Aspirus is a nationally recognized health system based in Wausau which is located in the center of Wisconsin. Our system and service area extends from beautiful central and northern Wisconsin into the majestic lake shore regions of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  We have 8 hospitals and over 55 primary care/specialty clinics.

We are seeking a change agent with experience in a high volume recruitment setting who will lead our organization on a journey to deliver a hiring experience like no other.  Our mission is to identify only the best talent who will make a positive impact on every patient we serve.   
  
Collaborate with executives and managers to develop strategies that drive system, business unit, and department specific recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.  In this role you will direct the talent delivery team and serve as talent delivery partner for all executive leadership searches.  Create, implement and lead key strategies for executive, professional and clinical recruiting, sourcing, technologies and building a solid candidate pipeline of qualified, diverse talent to support the organizational objectives at Aspirus, Inc.

Qualified candidates will possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of management and demonstrated success in high volume talent acquisition experience.  A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Expertise in full-cycle talent delivery, workforce planning, and contingent labor strategies and processes across a corporate enterprise with multiple locations.
  • Experience consulting with senior executive and leadership teams to problem solve and identify leadership, talent, capability gaps and subsequently design and implement strategic talent plans.
  • Exhibit effective leadership capability by communicating a vision, removing barriers, developing key action steps and energizing/mobilizing people to work toward achieving the vision.
  • Excellent communication skills; strong relationship builder who works well with people at all levels within the organization.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to identify, track, and forecast trends.  Understands the nuances of utilizing a wide array of technology and social media to attract talent.
  •  Ability to generate results through influence in a matrix environment with multiple diverse stakeholders.
Wausau, Wisconsin is located in the lovely Wisconsin River valley at the center of the state. We have a metro area population of 80,000 with excellent schools, busy performing arts center, large private music conservatory, and visual arts center. Quiet residential neighborhoods surround Lake Wausau and overlook the Wisconsin River or have views of Rib Mountain State Park.  We enjoy four seasons of recreation including all water sports, sailing, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, soccer, down-hill and cross-country skiing.
