Bonduelle USA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Fairwater, WI facility. The Human Resources Generalist is directly responsible for the overall administration and coordination for the day to day human resource operation for their assigned location.

Responsible for the administration of human resources plans and programs for all facility personnel.

Plans, organizes, and oversees all activities of the facility HR department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and procedure systems.

Responsible for all data maintenance and data integrity of all employee records in ADP and Kronos.

Assist with implementation and update the annual compensation program, job description updates, monitoring of performance management program, and education of supervisors and managers on providing effective feedback and creating development plans.

Makes recommendations and implements human resources policies and procedures for the facility, perform benefits administration to include claim resolution, change reporting, and education.

Maintains compliance programs for the location and maintains other records, reports and logs to comply with EEO, Corporate Social Responsibility program, and other federal and state regulations.

Conducts recruitment efforts for all facility staff and temporary staffing agency employees that includes sourcing/advertising, background screening, drug testing, orientation, onboarding, employee relations counseling; exit interviews

Responsible for all facility training programs to include safety, security, good manufacturing practices, facility work rules and HR related training.

Member of the safety team and performs behavioral based audits
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field

Minimum of three (3) years experience in a generalist role

Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management and federal and state employment laws

Alchemy knowledge desired

SHRM certification desired

Bilingual in Spanish desired
