Fox is currently looking for an exceptional individual that will perform talent acquisition responsibilities to accomplish goals for Fox World Travel while providing the highest level of service.  Deliver Foxceptional candidates while advancing Fox World Travel’s (Fox) brand presence across numerous markets and professional communities. This person will guide Hiring Managers how to network, recruit and interview and be an advocate for candidates through the assessment and selection process. They will also create tools and resources to leverage the recruitment process.

Position Responsibilities:

Ø  Foresee and comprehend business needs (from talent reviews, business plans and growth strategies)

Ø  Implement strategies, processes, programs and tools to attract and select high performing talent for all career levels

• Create, communicate and implement an ‘over the top’ recruiting process for both the hiring manager and candidates

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to conduct pre-employment activities including but not limited to reference checks, background check screenings, pre-employment work screens, and other pre-determined assessments
• Administer and communicate talent acquisition KPIs and metrics
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
• Source talent for key open positions and proactively build talent pipelines
• Provide weekly recruitment summaries
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of previous experience in a full lifecycle recruiting role
• Previous experience using a top-tier applicant tracking system preferred
• Leadership/executive recruiting experience required
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience strongly preferred
• Strong relationship management and influence skills, particularly targeted at hiring managers and senior leaders
