Description: | The College of Agricultural & Life Sciences is seeking a human resources professional who will join a team that is responsible for the HR needs of over 3000 employees. This generalist position provides a wide variety of human resource activities in the areas of recruitment/assessment/selection, staffing, compensation and titling, retention and promotion, payroll and benefits, talent management, workforce relations, training and development, employee assistance, diversity inclusion and engagement, and supervision within the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) Human Resources Office. This position will supervise one employee. This position works in a team environment to support the human resources needs of the college administrative offices, departments, centers, and stations in their three-fold mission of teaching, research, and public outreach. Individuals with the ability to work independently and as part of a team are encouraged to apply.
