Description: | Human Resources Manager Rusk County Memorial Hospital, 900 College Avenue West, Ladysmith, WI 54848 Rusk County Memorial Hospital is seeking a full time Human Resources Manager. This position assists in establishing the human resource philosophy of people services in conjunction with the organizational mission and in collaboration with executive leadership. Recommends human resources philosophy, practices and procedures resulting in engaged employees and a positive culture that contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Responsible for implementing and managing all human resource functions including talent acquisition management, total compensation, employee engagement activities, human resource policies, employee relations and employee records. Responsible for facility-wide organizational development and education to enhance the leadership and professional skills of colleagues. Serves as adviser to leaders and staff regarding all human resource management issues. Ensures site compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Actively participates in/leads management and employee leadership teams. Provides supervision and mentoring to the HR Generalist. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or SPHR preferred. Human Resources management experience of five years or more; healthcare and OD experience desired.
