Description: | The City of Green Bay is seeking a well-rounded Human Resources leader to direct and administer all human resources and labor relations functions. The Human Resources Director is responsible for administration of the City’s self-funded health and dental insurance plans, management of the wellness program, compensation, labor and employee relations, policy development and administration, recruitment and selection, investigations and disciplines, and employee development and training. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong background in labor negotiations, skill in managing health and wellness plans, and experience working with senior-level staff. Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Salary is commensurate with experience. Current maximum salary is $113,250. Maximum salary will increases to $131,796 under the City’s new pay plan which becomes effective on December 1, 2017.
