Description: | We are looking for a Recruiter in Madison, Wisconsin to utilize social media and other platforms to source professional/technical candidates. With social media savviness as a must, this person will place campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. in an effort to fill vacant positions and create a pipeline for future opportunities. Relationship management skills will be essential, as the Recruiter will be the point of contact for candidates and will work closely with the hiring managers to screen resumes, select candidates, coordinate interviews and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. This role will require attention to detail along with creativity to assist with enhancing the candidate and new employee experience. Additional duties include but are not limited to conducting phone interviews, handling the onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee files, Applicant Tracking System administration, annual audits of I-9 documents, employee file maintenance, reporting, coordinating and participating in employee “Fun” events and other duties as necessary. In addition to being a social media guru, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral) skills, ability to multi-task and a working knowledge of employment and HR laws. This position will be responsible for maintaining employee and candidate information in Salesforce.com and ApplicantStack, previous experience with either is considered a plus. Educational Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Essential Experience: · 1-4 years (1 year minimum) of previous recruiting experience – software industry considered a plus · Strong working knowledge of recruitment processes, workflow, file maintenance and applicable data reporting · Strong knowledge and experience using Social Media · Knowledge of employment and HR Laws |
