We have an opportunity available for a Director of Human Resources with superior oral and written communication skills.  This position will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team and be a contributor to discussions and key decisions regarding strategy and operations.  This position is responsible for managing the HR team and ensuring HR priorities align with the company mission and objectives.  Responsibilities will include:

In order to be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following basic qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years working in the Human Resources field.
  • A PHR/SPHR, or a SHRM-CP-SCP certification, along with knowledge of the engineering and architectural industry and OFCCP regulatory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Empower or comparable HRIS system would be considered a plus.
