Description: | Human Resources Coordinator Company Summary: The Community Blood Center (CBC) collects blood from donors, processes it in our laboratory, and prepares it for hospital patients. We currently provide 17 Wisconsin and Michigan hospitals with a full range of blood components, including red blood cells, platelets, and plasma. CBC operates neighborhood donor centers in Appleton, Oshkosh, Little Chute, and Woodruff, along with 8 blood drive units. Last year, volunteer donors gave more than 50,000 blood donations with The Community Blood Center. Description: Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and technical support of the human resources function, and assist management in accordance with company policies and procedures. Primary Job Responsibilities: · Organize, communicate, and facilitate new hire orientation. Present and educate new hires of the organization including orientation of employee benefits, company policies, and health and safety. · Coordinates benefit insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs. · Maintains the employee HRIS database and maintains employee personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. · Communicates with departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff to provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfer, employment personnel records, and legislation. · Maintains confidentiality of employee information at all times including personnel actions, legal actions, terminations, and organizational plans. · Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations. · Interview, screen, and recruit job applicants to fill entry level, professional and technical job openings. · Provides overall assistance and research support on benefit policies, programs, and procedures. · Participate with the organization’s Employee Engagement, Community Service, and Wellness committees. · Maintains a current level of job-related skills by attending training sessions, seminars, conferences, and reading publications. · Serves as a back-up in payroll database, verifying, and providing input. · Performs various wage and salary surveys. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Business Management or Human Resources Management in employment law and other government compliance regulations is preferred Other: Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines Experience in handling sensitive, confidential information Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Submit your resume to join our team: https://workforcenow.adp.com/jobs/apply/posting.html?client=combctr&jobId=202501&lang=en_US&source=CC2 The Community Blood Center 4406 W.
