| Description: | Accuray is looking for a full-cycle Recruiter in Madison to join our team for a six to twelve month assignment filling requisitions nationally, most of them at our Madison, WI, site. The Recruiter must be strategic and execute on a recruitment team that runs like a business internally, using Accuray's recruitment playbook. This is a team-oriented position, and one must work effectively both within the HR team and the business. On our team, we focus on commitment and accountability. A contract recruiter is required to:
Requirements: BA/BS degree and 4+ years of professional recruitment experience. Work experience in a search firm or in-house technical /engineering recruiting/sourcing a plus. Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, consulting, and communication skills required. Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products. Experience in internet sourcing and cold-calling or willingness to learn. Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience in medical device industry or complex electromechanical systems. EOE. |
