Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• Three years of progressive benefits administration experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of Excel, and keen analytical and technical skills required

Work Hours

We are in search of a full-time (40 hours/week) Benefit Specialist to work in the Human Resources Department. This position works Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Job Summary

The Benefit Specialist is responsible for analysis, administration, auditing, implementing, administering and communicating all facets of benefits.  The Benefit Specialist supports the organization by understanding and maintaining leave of absences, compensation, and payroll. This position also keeps abreast of benefit changes within the market, and assists with new benefit programs and/or improvements to current benefits.
