Description: Seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator!

 

Continental Properties Company, Inc. is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as the Human Resources Coordinator at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

 

This position is an integral part of the Human Resources team and is empowered to develop new efficiencies for the department. The Human Resources Coordinator will facilitate the coordination of our high-volume recruitment efforts and provide general support to the HR department.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Assist with or facilitate processes and programs with your Human Resources team members
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to administer the recruiting and selection process for all positions
  • Partner with the Human Resources Generalist to administer the orientation and onboarding program for our new team members
  • Maintain the integrity of all HR systems, documents and records

 

What we need:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or Human Resources is required
  • Six plus months’ relevant experience required; prior Human Resources experience preferred, Assistant or Internship-level
  • An unmatched attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • A motivated, self-starter with a “can do” attitude and the desire to go above and beyond for your customers
