Description: POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support for Human Resources systems (e.g. human resources management system, employee self-service, applicant tracking system, etc.) including system maintenance, setup, updates and modifications. Responsible for HR functions such as metrics, special projects, compensation activities and assisting with recruitment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
This listing is not to be construed as all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. *

• Serves as the HR technical resource for HR systems by troubleshooting system issues. Makes changes to the systems to enhance the users’ experience. Documents system problems and assists with resolving such. Responds to concerns and ensures necessary follow-up. Acts as the systems liaison to the IT Department and to external IT technical support and consulting staff.

• Creates custom reports. Generates a variety of standard and ad hoc reports from the systems. Analyzes data to ensure for accuracy of data pull and system accuracy. Assists assistance and training to assist staff with questions on reports.

• Identifies and assists with system set-up. Identifies the need for changes in the systems set-up including creation of new fields, changes to field options, etc.

• Processes employee information and analyzes and maintains employee records within the system. Updates and maintains data in the HRIS, applicant tracking (ATS), and position control systems. Processes changes.

• Conducts various audits by generating systems reports to ensure and maintain data integrity. Data Analytics and Special Projects

• Responsible for reporting on identified key metrics. Generates and collects data from various sources. Develops quarterly metrics reports. Presents metrics reports and key findings to HR team.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with compensation duties, job descriptions, and completion of surveys.

• Provides support in recruitment to recruiting team.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field with a minimum four years progressively responsible HR experience that includes HRIS administration and data analysis and/or reporting experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Report design and development experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires travel to company office locations on occasion. Must maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, acceptable drivers’ record per Co. policy, and proof of auto insurance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and application of HR systems and HRIS technology
Knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources administration.
