We are looking for someone with a “talent” for recruiting and more. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with us, you’ll move between doing the nuts and bolts of recruiting that you love with partnering with the organization at a strategic level around workforce planning, developing a strong candidate pipeline, and leveraging talent analytics. As an added bonus, you’ll hone your skills as an HR professional through partnering with business leaders on human resources related issues and concerns impacting the work environment.

We are a growing company with retail outlets that help fund programs and services we provide to strengthen our community. We are seeking a multi-faceted talent acquisition specialist to perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities to meet the organization’s needs now and in the future.

This is a full-time position (40-hours/week) with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Ability to perform at both a strategic and operational level.
  • Partner with hiring managers on all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines in anticipation of organizational needs.
  • Coach business leaders on all aspects of human resources.
  • Balance being an employee or a candidate advocate with fulfilling the needs of the organization.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and agility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years’ related experience or post high school education/ certifications with a minimum of 5 years’ related experience.
  • Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, electronically, over the phone, and face-to-face.
  • Access to automobile, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and good driving record.
  • Experience with recruiting for multiple sites, varying organizational levels and position types strongly preferred.
  • HR certification, a plus.
  • Retail and non-profit experience, a plus.
