| Description: | The Leave Specialist is responsible for the administration of UW Health’s Leave of Absence and Disability Program, Return to Work/Light Duty Program and Worker’s Compensation and ADAAA claims. Also serves as point of contact for employees and/or supervisor to identify and provide reasonable accommodations, coordinate and maintain documentation on accommodation efforts. Participates in developing, implementing, monitoring policies, procedures, standards and guidelines for determining and assessing leaves of absence.

Minimum

Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent work experience |
Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field |

Work Experience |
