Mini-Modules – Speaking Opportunity

In the Exhibit Hall on Thursday October 4th, we will be providing conference attendees with a new learning opportunity with eight, 30 minute Mini-Modules. Interested Sponsors and Exhibitors will be chosen to deliver these 30 minute educational topics of their choice, using subject matter experts from their business.

These Mini-Modules will be held in the exhibit hall at four times on Thursday October 4, 2012:

10:45 am –
11:30 am –
1:15 pm –
2:00 pm –

11:15 am
12:00 pm
1:45 pm
2:30 pm

What you will receive:

  • Signage in the Exhibit Hall for the Mini-Modules.
  • Topic, speaker and logo will be included in the program and the pocket guide for the Mini-Modules.
  • 1 – 30 minute speaking opportunity in the Exhibit Hall.
  

This opportunity is available on a first come basis, as space is limited. If you are interested, please contact Cindy Cerro or Amy Doepke by August 13, 2012. Please include the topic (a clever catchy title is helpful) and the name of the speaker. A copy of your logo may also be needed.

There is no cost to Premium, Gold and Silver Sponsors for this opportunity. There is a nominal fee of $150 for exhibitors for this opportunity.
