Would you like a deeper understanding of total compensation design and administration?
Are you involved in total compensation management?
If so, the Greater Madison Area Chapter of SHRM (GMA SHRM) has the right educational opportunity for you.
In partnership with the World at Work, the GMA SHRM is providing a two day Quantitative Methods course that at a basic-level will focus on general quantitative concepts, basic statistical tools, the mathematics of total compensation design and administration, mathematical modeling, and regression analysis.
Participants learn to consider data from numerous sources, with an emphasis on problem solving and decision making to aid their compensation management responsibilities. The course is designed for individuals whom have had no formal exposure to statistics, but have taken a basic algebra course.
